Cissnei is a female Turk, who works for the ShinRa Company.

She takes it upon herself to look after the other Turks, especially the junior members. She is usually perceived as quiet, and motivated by her job. Her loyalty to the Shinra Company and the Turks in particular is she regards them very highly.

As a young girl, Cissnei was discovered in an orphanage and was raised and trained specifically so that she could one day become a Turk. After training hard and being encouraged by her friends she was the youngest to be admitted into the organization at such an early age as to be bestowed with the distinction of being the youngest member to join.

Later she becomes friends with Zack Fair a First Class SOILDER and helps him when she can with his missions. Even though she won’t admit it she has got a bit of a attraction to Zack.
